Placing an Order
To place an order with Les Frérots, simply choose the product you like from our product page and click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" option, typically located below the product image. Once you have done this, you can continue to select additional products by repeating the process.
After you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on the "SHOPPING BAG" icon, usually found at the top right corner of the website. When you open the "SHOPPING BAG," please review your selected products one final time and proceed by clicking on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" option.
To complete your purchase, continue through the checkout process by entering your basic information so we can efficiently ship the products to you. Once you have completed your payment, all you need to do is wait for your products to arrive at your designated location.
Payment Options, Invoice, and Taxes
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) as well as PayPal.
You will receive an invoice with all billing details sent to your email address. Please note that taxes are included in the product price.
How to Confirm My Order?
After you place an order on our website, we receive it, but this does not constitute confirmation of the order. Immediately after you place your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Once you fully confirm your address, we will begin preparing the goods for shipping to your location.
Cancelling or Modifying Your Order
After you confirm your order, the goods will be prepared for shipment from our warehouses to your location. However, if you have ordered by mistake or wish to cancel your order for any other reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once shipping has commenced, the order cannot be canceled. However, once the goods arrive at your location, you have a period of 7 days to return them for a refund.
Please note that not all returns are eligible for a refund, as certain conditions apply, which you can review in our return and refund policy.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.
How long does shipping take?
